Attention All Chefs
Please help us present a complete Beach Brunch cookbook (featuring a full page with your biography, photograph and recipe) to be given out to all our guests at the event. To ensure your inclusion in this keepsake, we need your help in getting several items from you on time, so we can edit and lay them out and get them to the printer in time for completion by the Brunch.

ITEM AND DEADLINE
July 15th -- Chefs submit two menu ideas in your preferred order (if there are too many submissions with the same main ingredient you may be asked to prepare your alternate idea) July 30th -- Biographies and digital photographs due for new chefs; Updates due for returning chefs; Recipes due for cookbook; Out-of-town chefs, submit travel form September 1st -- Chefs’ return equipment checklist; Digital image of restaurant logo for signage emailed to MOWD; Return Silent Auction donation form September 15th -- Return Board of Health Form by fax or mail to MOWD; Chefs plan table décor; Chefs order ingredients; Receive travel itinerary and confirmations, if out-of-town October 5th -- Doors to the event open at 11 a.m. and event ends at 2 p.m.; Chefs’ After Party immediately following event Please send these items by e-mail to bpatterson@mealsonwheelsde.org (PREFERRED) OR Fax to: 302-656-8414 OR Mail to: Thanks for helping to make this a worthwhile event for your restaurant by providing your promotional and logistical material to us on time!
